1. Picture below shows a bird's eye view of a ball connected to a light rod of length L. The mass of the ball connected at the end of the rod is 2M. A force F is applied on the ball as shown below. The rod is free to rotate around the left end on a horizontal plane Gust like a rod on a frictionless table). No other forces act in horizontal direction (weight and normal forces are acting in and outside the plane so they do not contribute to the rotation on horizontal plane). Find the angular acceleration of the rod (provide your answer in terms of M, L and F)?
