Analyze how nursing theory is used to guide professional nursing practice. Analyze, based on a specific client scenario, how nursing care should be rendered to a client guided by a chosen nursing model/theory/middle range theory/practice-based theory.
Choose a real patient situation, and devise a case scenario based on the situation.
Analyze how a chosen nurse theorist would guide nursing care rendered to the client. Choose the nurse theorist.
The format should be a written case study with all factual information supported by credible sources.

Nursing Profession is a very noble and challengable Profession so it's all practices are based on some scientific facts. These theories provide a framework , that guide the Professionals for good clinical practice. Nursing theories describe all phases of Nursing process and they also explain, describe and control the procedure. In theories all acts are based on scientific knowledge so it increase the success rate of practice.Theories are guided by education and research , that is an important factor in clinical practice.theories are also enhance and develop skills, critical thinking and values. _To understand theory we take an example of a hospitalised patient and study the Orams theory of self care deficit, it asses all necessary care and self care requisites such as sufficient air ,water, food, activity as bath, toilet etc.If Patient not have ability then it's nurses duty to provide such facilities for adequate care .
