We know Power is given as
P=V^2/R
where R=equivalent resistance of the circuit
Since power varies inversely with resistance.
So for greatest power resistance should be low.
Where resistance are connected in parallel ,the lower the value of resistors, the low the value of equivalent resistance.
Thus, R1=6 ohm and R2=3 ohm
R'=R1*R2/(R1+R2)=6*3/(6+3)=2 ohm
Now this R' is connected in series with R3=12 ohm
So, equivalent resistance of circuit=R'+12=2+12=14 ohm
Power=V^2/R=29*29/14=60.07 Watt
