According to this situation, when the driver is already in air, he pulls the brake. Due to inertia of motion, the wheels were in a rotating motion after jumping off the ramp. So it's very natural that pulling the brakes in the middle of trajectory, will cause the wheels to stop rotating. But that won't stop the motorcycle from moving forward. The motorcycle will continue its motion in air ( that's flying in air).
