A 4-to-16 decoder has two active low enables (E1 and E2), four select (address) lines, (S3, S2, S1, S0) and sixteen active high outputs (Y0, Y1, ..., Y15). If either enable is high, all outputs are 0. Show how to realize each of the functions below using this decoder and one gate. (You have available AND, OR, NAND and NOR gates with up to 8 inputs.)g(A, B, C, D, E, F) = A’ + B + (C + D' + E')(C' + D' + E + F')(C + D + E' + F)
Most my questions are not answered so I appreciate any input anyone has!
(Also, the E in the function is not either of the enables.

Since you have only four line addresses, you can assign D,E, and F inputs to an OR gate which its output is connected to one of the line address. I wish this may help!
