1) B, C and D are mesophile (= those that grow at moderate temperatures, generation between 25 to 40 degrees)
2) yes B seems to have a conditional lethal allele because inspire of being a mesophile it dies at 37degrees indicating that a lethal allele expression or activity is initiated at this temperature.
3)' A' has come from hot spring since it is able to survive and grow at high temperatures (55degrees)
4) 'A' has a conditional allele which is not lethal. It is not expressed / is active at low temperatures; at higher temperatures it plausibly helps the bacteria to survive.
5) C and D could be potential human pathogens as they can survive and grow at 37degrees which is the normal body temperature of a human body.
