here the direction of magnetic field is out of the page.
and induced current is closkwise.
According to lenz's law the direction of induced current is always such as to oppose the change in magnetic flux that genrated it.
the magnetic field direction due to induced current is into the page.
so, the magneticfield is increasing.
If the magnetic field decreases the direction of induced current would counter clockwise.
If B decreases, the direction of magnetic field produced by induced current will be same as existed B.
If B increases, the direction of magnetic field produced by induced current will be opposite to existed B.
RH rule: curl your right hand fingers in the direction of current then your thumb indicates the magnetic field produced by the current in side the loop.
