The figure below is a pressure versus volume graph where the different curves represent different processes done on a gas. Starting at the origin to point 1, the pressure and volume are increased to 2618 Pa and 4.42 m3 respectively. From 1 to 2 the gas expands at constant pressure to a volume of 7.42 m3. From 2 to 3 the pressure rises to 4492 Pa. And finally from 3 to 4 the gas expands again to 11.19 m3.
