   Pharmaceutical companies that produce, develop and market drugs involved in medical treatment. Pharmaceutical sales reps were seen less as educators and health care facilitators they are concerned about meeting sales goals than ehical considerations..It is highly competitive business and it's success is dependent on the sales and marketing of each drug. Each drug cost is hundreds of millions in money.
      Legal claims against the pharmaceutical industry have varied widely over the past few years,including
Medicare and Medicaid fraud.
1,GLAXO SMITH KLINE Case:
The bad publicity that 60 minutes and whistle blower Cheryl Eckard have brought the Anglo-American drug gaint,whose lidra plants was closed in 2009 after "Federal agents execuated a search warrant at the plant and ultimetely seized defective drugs worth hundreds and millions of dollars" has been extensive and costly. after some millions if settlement alone, after pleaded guilty to felony-fraud.
2, As a representatives for pharmaceutical companies rules bunning from visiting doctors has been embraced at the clinics, it is not standard procrdure. But advocates for improving medical ethics say it is a step in the right direction, and that more doctors and throughout the state and nation. It help improve ethical standards in health care while maintaining some aspects of the physicians-drug representative relationship.

The Affordable Care Act is the most important health care legislation enacted in the united states since the creation of Medicare and Medicaid in1965. It implemented to improve the accessibility, affordability, and Quality of health care.
