- Units completed during April 60,000
- Work in process April 30th were 50% completed 80,000
for conversion
- Direct material added during April $ 900,000
- Conversion cost added during April $ 200,000
Required:
- Calculate total cost of goods transferred out during April.
- Calculate total cost of ending work in process.

Explanation / Answer
1.Total cost of goods transferred out during April:
Total units completed=60,000
Total cost tranferred out during april= 600000*60000/40000=$900000
2.Total cost of ending work in process=100000*80000/40000=$200000
