Anwer is D - Andy can be fired but will be entitled to damages if the discharge is a breach of contract.

Because in the given case forestry became dissatisfied with the work of andy eventhough not due to wrongdoing - Principal has right to fire andy but the forestry has to compensate andy for breach of contract.
