in case of blizzard the best possible way according to me will be,
d)Get out of your car immediately and walk to the nearest house.
because, lets discuss other options.
a)light a candle and wait . it might not help as the temperature contrast during blizzards will be high and we might get frozen inside .
b) Run the engine so that the car’s heater can keep you warm.
it is a good option but only sitting inside the car might not help . if help comes due to bad weather they might not notice you and will left and you might be in great danger .
c)Write your final will and testament before your fingers freeze
it will be like waiting for death without any attempt to live .

its a good decission to leave the car and move to the nearest house and there you might call for help and can get essentials incase of emergency .
