I need help with these problems:

Thanks for your help. :)

The compound system in the sketch below contains water on both sides of an internal wall. The piston is attached to a linear spring. As heat is transferred across the wall, the piston moves to the right until Pb2 = 300kPa and Vb2 = 1.5 m3. Determine the temperatures Ta2 and Tb2, the heat transfer Qa - b and the boundary work on the piston, Wb and the total entropy production of the compound system, Sgen. Atmospheric pressure, Po, is equal to 100 kPa. PAI = 800 kPa, TAI = 900 degree C, VAI = 1.0 m3, and PBI = 200 kPa, TBI = 300 degree C, VBI = 1.0 m3 Consider air inside a piston - cylinder device that is compressed adiabatically from p1 and then heated at constant pressure until T3 = 2000 K. The heat is exchanged with a heat reservoir at Th = 2000 K. Determine P2, T2, P3, given in Table A7.1 in the text. Also calculate the total entropy production for the two processes Sgen. 1 - 3. Plot the processes in both the P - V and T - S planes. Calculate the percent difference in this value with that calculated from the example in class (for the constant - specific - heat scenario).
