I'm working with applications of motion and I'm suck on aword problem.  
The problem is: Jennifer is twice as old as Ramon. The sum or their ages 7years ago was 13. How old are they now. This problem didn't seem had to me at first, but I just can'tget it down. Thank you for the help. I'm working with applications of motion and I'm suck on aword problem.

assume ramon is X years old. Then jennifer is 2X years old. sum of their ages 7 years ago was 13 (X-7)+(2X-7)=13 3X-14=13 3X=13+14 3X=27 X=9 so ramon is 9 years old jennifer is 2X which is equal to 18.
