In Divider-chooser, as this name suggests, one player, called the divider, divides S into two shares, and the second player, called the chooser, picks the share he or she wants, leaving the other share to the divider.
In our case Fred and Maria are going to divide a cake using this method.
We will consider Fred volunteers first means as a divider and cuts the cake in a fairly manner of 10 pieces irrespective of flaver of cake they both like.
Maria as a chooser choose any 7 pieces as her share and according to her fairly. the remaining 3 pieces will be given to Fred. In this method Maria will get better option as she is a chooser.
