1) You convinced her of the need to conduct a Training Needs Analysis. Now it’s time to start work on that. There are three analyses during a TNA – the organization analysis, the task analysis, and the person analysis. For each of these types of analysis:
(a) Describe the overall goal of the analysis and how it might inform the design of the training, and
(b) List five specific pieces of information that you would like to get out of the analysis when you look at the Point-of-Sale systems training (thus you should have 15 total pieces of information – five for each type of analysis).

2) To study the Strategy , Policy of the organization
3) To study the organization culture
Organization analysis is very important , because the sales is part of organization. All the activities which are happening within organization or outside of the organization are affecting on sales.Sales needs a strong support from organization. So organisation has to be developed in such way that all the policies , strategies , actions must be supportive for sales.Organization analysis focus on this.
Task Analysis :
Goal : Goal of task analysis is to identify the task allocated to whom & in what way.
In sales there are various of tasks.While allocating tasks its very important that Manager needs to understand the requirement of the task.Some task requires critical resources where some tasks are very easy & can be completed in very short period of time. Task analysis will focus on this
Personal Analysis :
Goal : Goal of this analysis is to focus on the individuals aspects , study their behavior & correlate it with work.
In organizations there are so many employees are working everyone is working with his/ her own way or attitude .SO this personal analysis helps to make the system standard , to help the people to work under a common umbrella.
