Case: Sarah Rogers was to meet with her manager and the Sheraton’s human resource director in two days to discuss her summer for-credit internship experience. New to the restaurant industry, Sarah had found it very difficult to start working without any formal training and to be left standing in the corner without assistance on her first day.

Ans-1) Sarah should share clearly about her experience. She should tell everything to supervisor to avoid future problems. Unless she sahre her experience and be bold no one will be able to help her or tell her if she is wrong somewhere.
Ans-2) Yes she should be honest about the probems encountered as I have already told that discussing the probem is a solution to the problem but keeping it hidden is to create more problems. So if she wants to be successful in life then she should start from here only.
Ans-3) Being honest is nowhere a problem. With a big organization it is a good practice of being honest as such kinds of organizations appresiate such kind of practices. Often people get achievement in life if being honest. Malpractices should be avoided but Sarah should be honest in discussing her problem as she is new, so everyone will her instead of scolding her.
Ans-4) There is an inner voice of every person called as inner conscience. This is the thing which can prevent Sarah drom sharing an honest feedback and also it can encourage Sarah to be open and honest. If she try and want to get successful in life then she must be open and honest and if there is any feeling or threat of being scolded, she will never give a true feedback and sit idle like some people in the crowd who just move like a sheep in the crowd.
