Answer 2: The particularity of the Vanguard method is that it works on the approach of Check-Plan-Do. This approach looks effective as it starts with the checking of the process requirements for the vanguard method and need of the requirements for the Vanguard methods. Then it starts exploring the alternative solutions for the Vanguard. Then finally planning for the implementation of the vanguard method in the organization.
