4.1- Based on the legislation, the regulations and the organizational requirements of your workplace, describe the aspects that might impose a potential risk in your work place.

1. POTENCIAL RISK IN WORK PLACE:
In work environment there are many potencial risks involved. Every employee should aware of those potencial risk in their work environment.Generally there are in work environments different types of potential risks ivolved. Such as, Pysical hazards, Chemical hazards, Safety hazards, Biological hazards, work organisation hazards and Ergonomic hazards.
4.2. REPORT TO FACILITY MANAGEMENT OFFICER:
In the report to facility officer the health and safety regulations which is applied in work environment should be included. Such as the regulations regarding to prevent from Physical hazards, Chemical hazards, Safety hazards, Biological hazards and Ergonomic hazards. Report should include the findings of hazards in the work place and the steps to fix those hazards. This is process and involves steps like identifying the hazards, collecting work environment informations relating to identified hazards, find the solution to control the hazards and followup procedures.
