We saw the graph, In xbar s-Chart all observations lies in the process 49.00 to 67.00. There are all observations in control. These are 15th,16th, 17th observations on the control line. These 15th and 17th observations on the upper control line.and only 16th observation on the lower control line.
About S -Chart , process out off control limit because observations 13th and 18th out off control limit.and remaining all observations in the control limit. But two points out of control limit ,so that process is out off control limit.
