Prevoiusly, $15 per hour was paid and yearly working hours were 2,080 hours
So, Salary was = 15*2080 =31,200
Now, salary will be = 16* 2080 = 33,280
Fringe benfits will be 25% of salary, 0.25*33,280 = 8,320
New Budget = 33,280 + 8,320 = 41,600

This means $100 for first 500 forms
$ 40 for every 100 forms thereafter
So, we have to order 850 forms, which is 350 more than 500
