We are doing an international project for a class, where we have to choose a global product and introduce it to a foreign country, for this project we have decided to use the brand of '' Bimbo '' (the brand of bread), we have done a little research and apparently there is no Bimbo in Germany, so we are using to use Germany. What I need is to Compare/Constrast with the competition such as product feature, brands, packaging, price , dsitribution , etc. So the question is:
To compare/ constrast the competitors of Bimbo as a new brand with the German bread brands

Ans:- There are different bread brands which are famous in Germany like:-
a). Burger - Known for crisp bread.
b). Brandt Zwieback - Known for low calorie, preferred by health concious people.
c). Mestemacher - Known for grain bread and it can be preserved for a year.
d). Delba - Known for grain bread and of very high quality.
So based on these competitor's features we should position "Bimbo" as a highly nutritious brand and it should be moist for about an year. Some of it's features should be:-
a). It should be made from grain and cereals.
b). It should be thin and crisp.
c). It should be made by superior baking method so that it can remain moist for about an year without addition of any preservatives.
d). To gain the market share, price should be slightly lower than competition, with excellent packaging and distribution network to all the retailers.
