Explanation / Answer

1) Milgram studies involved the interaction of the student, teacher, and experimenter in a room, where the teacher asked questions and if students answered the answers wrong, they were given electrical shocks of 15Volts to awaken their response and activate the nervous system. The voltage increased to 300V-400V. The amount of the affected obedience was checked by analyzing the response in the student volunteers who were payed 4.5$ for the experiment. There are two states in a person ,autonomic state and agentic state. In the autonomic state, the person claims the responsibility for the deeds that thay have done. The agentic state is the state when the people acknowledge and accept the briefings and responsibilities given by others and the final state depends upon the consequences faced by the head of the organization. They act as agents for the transfer of the information from one person to another.

Meers and Raaijmakers explained giving insuling comments and remarks to the people in the experiments before the start of education in a university or before the start of a job. More than 15 insulting remarks were given to the students to analyze the levels of their obedience. The experiment conformed to the principles of obedience in education and job and passing remarks, insults and comments if they do not follow the rules leading to the quitting of their jobs and educational qualifications. The role of culture, race, ethnic background, human, behavior and phylogenetic background is necessary to understand the communication, interaction of the students and the level of their obedience.

Gamson studied the principle of compliance, systematic processing and graduated committment. This process involves giving time to the participants to agree to participate in the statisitics survey with prior knowledge and intimation. This leads to graduated committment. They are proposed to sign a consent form, but the levels of obedience decrease if time and consent is taken from the volunteers and participants. Smith and Mackie believed that the levels of obedience will decrease and approval on the consent form will decrease if participants are considered and given priority before conducting the experiment or they are given too much time to think about the survey. It leads to the meta-contrast principle.

2) Conformity and agreement of the participants and volunteers in the experiments will be there if they are given incentives before the conduction of the experiment in the form of money and too much discussion with them should be avoided. There should be rules and regulations according to the human ethics behavior society norms. The compliance involves agreeing on the principles and opinions according to the general environment but keeping own views and opinions confidential and not exposed to anyone. Obedience is the necessity and need to adjust and acknowledge the rules and regulations as well the consent to volunteer for experiments conducted by scientists.

3)Social impact theory discusses the importance of cultures, race, ethnic background, and human civilization in undertsanding ,communicating and intercating with each other for the benefit of the race and their upliftment. It involves social organization, social committment, interaction and supporting of each other views belonging to same race leading to motivation, committment and upliftment. It involves clustering, correlation, consolidation and continuing diversity. The people should come and interact according to the distance, neighborhood and same culture. The attitudes will change depending upon the interaction and will lead to clustering and aggregation in the local environment and neighbors. The interaction depends upon the conditions, resources and the available monetary finance and resources for interacting and creating a social environment for global organization of the ventures.
