Iam meeting a friend who was my classmate and a good friend till grade 8 and then she moved abroad with her family and we lost touch,until recently we met on face book and she happens to visit the home town again.As the situation mentioned we decided to meet at the store.I could see familiarity in her face but she had put on a lot of weight and looked fat in her appearance.We are both 18 now and for this age she looks old enough to be 25.She explains her weight gain in due to her hormonal imbalance .
The fourth stage is the formal operation stage ,she seemed very mature in her thinking and reasoning and coming to terms with her hormonal problem and her weight gain.her logical thinking of putting togerther her life and career was shown in her attitude.Her maturity in speech and handling her self was seen.Lawrence Kohlberg of Moral development has three stages,preconventional morality where children want to follow rules to avoid punishment,obedience and punishment is seen at this stage,the conventional stage one is living upto social expectations and consider society when making decisions,post conventional morality is when there is abstract reasoning and rules of law are important for maintaing a society.
