How do you evaluate the ability to lead others?

Whether I have the ability to guide others about the organizations policies

Whether there is patience & ability to explain the team members what & when a particular task has to be done.

Whether I have good relationship with the people in the organization and the skills for a successful leader

Positive attitude also is another important criterion for evaluating the ability.

Skills, strengths & competencies:

Weaknesses that needs to be improved would include the areas of communication. A good leader should be a good communicator. Confidence level is another important area to be improved. This is important for making decisions. Confidence is important to be sure that we take the right decisions at the right time.

Areas of improvement:
