Explanation / Answer
A) 3 stressors that stressed me on the job
1) Long hours : Physical as well Psychological stressor
Long hours are both physically as well as mentally enduring. When there is someone to command on you and keeps you in a tight schedule.
2) Heavy work load: Physical as well Psychological stressor
Due to heavy work loads , accompanied by long hours, adds a lot of mental stress to a person. Also, since the work load is a lot, a person might have to sit for longer hours or along with constant walking or running, depending on their job profile.
3) Constant change with organisation: Psychological stressor
If the organisation is not stable, the employees, do not get accustomed to one person as their head, rather they need to constantly accommodate to the new coming member as well as work according to the changing norms, which adds a lot of mental stress.
B) Amongst all of us who were growing crazy with stress, there was one Individual, who was peculiar to all of us, as he did not care about what the stressors were to him everything seemed fine. We called him Mr Hardy, as going with his personality. Mr Hardy, was resistant to stress. It can be assessed that his resistance comes from cognitive, biophysical as well as behavioural mechanisms. He did not strain himself for any of the works, it felt like he was fresh every morning with an enthu that we didn't have. So definitely he took proper food. Maybe he also ate well. He seemed to be less scared or worried about the deadlines. It felt that he had devised his own perception to every task and as a result none of them were daunting to him. Also, his family was quite supportive to him, they used to have good weekends and a lovely dinner every night. Thus, family support also seemed to make him cope up well
