Explanation / Answer

Equity refers to treating everyone and everything equally and fairly. The mere act of robbing the nature of its resources is not a fair deal from the humans. Secondly, few people in the world are richer than the richest governments. They control the production thus leaving even the governments begging from them which is unfair. They also do not mind polluting and intoxicating the earth and those that live on this earth with poisonous materials which even affects the newborn babies.

Human beings have entered into all spheres of the earth and beyond the space. This has threatened all the other creatures on earth because human intrusion has damaged the ecological balance and brought great havoc on the environment. So it becomes very important to prevent or set limits for human activity on the earth.

So far, human beings have been using all the resources limitlessly thus not caring about the future generation. Corporations and governments alike have caused severe damage for their selfishness. They have brought an imbalance in the environment that many rare animals, birds, trees etc. have disappeared from this planet. It's very important to understand that everyone and everything on this earth is important for the survival of the planet. So, in order to move towards a sustainable development, resources should be used wisely in the present and having future needs in mind.
