Ans 1) It is the combination of both biological and the personal stress that we take up in the mind. Biological factors are the sympathetic nervous system which acts such as worrying increase in heart beat, shaking of hands, BP increase. The type A people also develop more stress as they are charaterized by impatience, sense of time urgency etc. Hence in my case when I come across stress I come across the above mentioned symptoms in addition it is also in my mind. It is also constantly hitting my mind, those thoughts are constantly there so it is impossible for me to come out of stress at that moment.
Ans 2) This is a debate which is going on since ages. Nature is a particular set of characteristics which are inherited by a person while nurture is a set of characteristics which are being inculcated in him. Psychologist Adraine Rane says that genetics contribute towards criminal behaviour. Some genes can trigger high temperament or strong resistance to particular factor. While we all know that nurture contributes greatly such scenes. There are many countries which have terrorist groups and which highly influence any young person and bombard in their mind that their message is great. They teach them how to use weapons and these young people may learn it more efficiently if their parents are doing that. They would acquire that skill very quickly.
