Think of an organization that you are a part of eg. workplace. How would you describe the organizational culture and define it?

2-16) Can you name some of the reasons that lead people to be highly satisfied or dissatisfied with their work? If you are a manager of a company, how would you do to increase job satisfaction? which theory will u be using and why you use those methods?

Answer-1- Culture is an important part of our life. It includes different values, ideas,perceptions etc that create differences among various social groups. Each society follow a different culture. The term 'culture' is a necessary part to spend a civilized life. Culture is playing an important role in our personal and professional life. One major aspect of our life is 'organizational culture'. It is a system that includes different beliefs, ideas and values that help the employees to understand the environment and working method of an organization.

According to Deal and Kennedy," Organizational culture is the way things are done around here."

According to Schrodt," Organizational culture affects the way people and groups interact with each other, with clients and with stakeholders. Organizational culture may also influence how much employees identify with their organization."

It is also known as corporate culture and shows different ways in which an organization conducts its business, develops new ideas and treats the employees to improve the productivity and performance.
