Comment this statment :
I believe that in order to be a transformational leader the individual needs to possess some key attributes, like:
1.Clear Vision of what they want to change and the objectives and goals they need to achieve in order to make the change fruitful.
2.Courage to know and take calculated risks because the findings need to be applied in the correct way or it will not be fruitful at all for the organization and the leader.
3.Self-motivations needs to be present because there will be situations when the leader will be alone and still he needs to keep himself motivated regarding the decision he is making.
4.5.Know your people because if a strong bond is not present then achieving success is very difficult. The leader needs to know the subordinates and understand them in order to be successful.
Adaptability is an attribute that needs to be present because the leader needs to accept ideas and be flexible towards it so that the results that are being expected is very fast.
