Choose a product or service you would like to analyze. For small companies, you may not be able to distinguish the product from the company.
The first part of the paper should provide a brief background of the company and a description of the product/service and its major competition.

1. Company Background
We are manufacturer of Electric Racquets which is used to kill the Mosquitos.The Product electric racquet is rechargeable and manually operated. Full charging time is approximately 8-10 hrs. Multiple mosquito can be killed in a single shot. Product has been designed to cater the mass market and has been priced reasonably. Major competition are Mosquito coil, repllents, Creams and liquid diffusers like Good knight, all out Etc.
2. Product is Priced at very competitive rate against its competitior. Its USP is that its rechargeable and low priced an ddoesn't create any smoke or smell causing any headche or any side effects. It has been designed and priced to reach Mass market and provide safe usage. Though it has been designed for domestic usage, but can be used commercially as well. Also it is easy to carry and charge.
Margins of this product have been worked out in such a way that it can be sold at both General trade and Modern trade.
3. Product marketing strategy is safe and easy to use.
4. Post evaluation of marketing strategy, i found no problem which needs to be fixed. Product have been priced very competitive. It is safe and easy to use . Only one problem is sometime circuit which is used to kill the mosquito can get damaged sooner. But that can fixed by making people aware and by providing user manual with each product, which is missing at present.
