<p><br> Yang Xaio Long (my personal favorite) is a huge hot head and also Ruby's older step-sister. Yang is more of the fun loving, thrill seaking member who wants to become a huntress to travel and explore the world. She absolutely hates to be bored and hate to be in one place for a long amount of time. Yang is very caring of her team and is always worried for them if they go out on their own.(Community, "Yang Xiao Long")
<br> Yang's semblence activated when she gets very angry. When this happens her hair glows gold and her eyes turn red in a rage. She is also very quick so it is hard to land a proper hit on Yang. Yang's weapon(Ember Celica) comprises of 2 shotgun gauntlets that have fire dust ammunition that can be fired from both close and far range. Yang has exrodinary stamina and it only increases when her semblance is activated. Once activated she grows stronger with each hit she takes. She absorbs the hit and turns the power around.(Community, "Yang Xiao Long")
<br> Yang's weakness is that she gets too careless while enraged during hr semblance. This leads to more skilled opponents being able to get the upper hand. Also when it comes to kicking fighting styles Yang seems to have difficulty time dealing with them.

<p> <br>Ruby Rose is a 15 year old girl whos dream is to become a huntress. Ruby wants to help people that can not help themselves and make the world a safer place for all forms of life like her now decesed mother once did.Ruby's physical appearance resembles the Little Red Riding Hood archetype, which is further reinforced by the appearance of the Beowolves(a type of grimm) in her trailer but is not based on, Red Riding Hood.In order to become a Huntress, Ruby trained at Signal Academy under her Uncle, where her skills and abilities far surpassed her peers. This lead to Ruby being accepted into Beacon Academy and go train to become a huntress along side her step-sister Yang Xaio Long. Ruby is the leader of the team "RWBY" which consists of herself, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and her step-sister Yang Xaio Long.
<br>Ruby is a self admitted dork when it comes to weapons, which shows in her complex design and craftsmanship of Crescent Rose, her High-Caliber Sniper-Scythe which she designed herself at Signal, as well as her eye for detail when observing other peoples weapons and tools.(Community, "Ruby Rose").
This weapon can transform between a scythe and a sniper rifle, and can fire Dust rounds in either form with massive force. Rather than compensate for it, Ruby harnesses the recoil to enhance her mobility in combat, firing shots to propel herself short distances, simultaneously attacking and evading opponent. Ruby using this trick along with her semblance makes her almost impossible to keep track of in combat.
It is also capable of using fire and lightning dust.(Community, "Ruby Rose")
<br> Ruby's semblance is speed. She can travle at high velocity but it does come at a cost. As Ruby uses her semblance it also depletes her aura making her more vunerable after long use. When using her semblence it can seem that Ruby is almost invisable to the naked eye. With her speed she can create whirlwinds and knock enemies and objects far away.(Community, "Ruby Rose")
<br> Ruby does have two major weakness.One is that without her weapon the Cresent Rose she is pretty much dependant on her semblance. The other weakness is her cape. Her cape has hurt her more time then helped but, she keeps it around to honor her mother who passed in the line of duty of being a huntress.(Community, "Ruby Rose")
