1-My Objectives of procurement plan would be putting more emphasis on the suppliers who will be ready to supply Vancouver plant and can increase their supply level for the transition time.It is not possible to look into new sources because it will take more than 1 year to validate them.
2- I have alternative plan of souricng the raw materials from 300 French plant suppliers for the time new sources will get validated. The steps mentioned above from 1-6 will take time so for the time being it would be requested to the suppliers to supply more quantity if required to the Vancouver plant.
3-In this restricted pharmaceutical industry the scope of sourcing new suppliers is limited because it takes longer time.Mine action will be consulting with the existing 300 supplliers about how much they can supply and put them the required inputs for the plants.
