This is to bring to your kind attention that as per terms of our agreement Mayes' was hired to improve morale and reduce absenteeism of employees. But even after nine months of continued effort, we are nowhere near to the target. On the contrary the results have worsened as is evident from the increased absenteeism and reduced morale of employees. It seems that the effort by Mayes' wasn't sufficient to meet the target goals and hence we have decided to declare this contract void. We have already made the payment of $95000 and now would appreciate if you could arrange for the refund of the same. The payment has been made via internet banking bearing Transaction number 123 vide Purchase Order 345
We would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest. We would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange the refund.
