let C is Total cost C = fixed cost + variable cost

                             = 200 + 0.02x

let R be the revenue R = 0.04x

if revenue equals to cost

C = R

200+0.02x = 0.04x

200 = 0.02x

x = 200/0.02

x = 10000 (no. of envelopes stuffed)
