If the subtotal is 0, the shipping cost should display 0. (Hint used the defined name you created for the Shipping Cost table data.)

I am assuming b29 contains the word "shipping cost". The formula looks for the same in column B (B15:B26) only if H27 is not zero. Then returns the corresponding value in column H which is the cost.
If H27 is equal to zero, it will return zero
