Use the internet to research three successful IS project and three unsuccessful IS projects.

Explanation / Answer
Analyzing three sucessfull and unscuessfull projects I am drawing my conclusions.
A. In all the three projects the key factor for the sucess is perfect planning.
One of the project has claer view at the early stage of the project and completed the project according with their schedule.
The second project which I analysed has few flaws in plannig but it got sucessfull with the smart team members who increased their efficiency with their effective communication.
The third one got sucessfull with the constant feedback from the client. They got their issues while developing project but they maintain feedback from the client and it helped them to enhance their work there by ended up with client satisfcion.
B. Failure aspects in first unsucessfull project is lack of redundant safety mechanism where the client faced several bugs and the product in go live does not work well.
The second project does not have good team and at the early stage of the project manager does not assembled the right time
The third one got failed in understanding the client requirements which ended up in a mess.
C. Picking up the right team itself a great diffuclty and the deadlines by the client is the one which continuously put pressure on the team. Apart from this lack of communication among different teams is the major flaw which should be overcome with continuous monitoring which indeed a great diffuclty.
D. Performance features like working as a team, Smart work, effective communication, daily meetings, On time delivery
E. The first project tat I analyzed was a Type A- Low-Tech which does not involve a new technology
The second one Type B - Medium-Tech where a new product is developed from the current product which enhances theprevious one. Scope for these proects is quite high
The third one is Type D - Super High-Tech which is an product based app development which involves artificial intelligence Scope for these projects has been rapidly increasing.
F. Life span for the first project is six months which includes support client. The second project also have six months to complete and later include the period for support. The third project as an innovative project took one year time.
G.Benefits from measurable firm commitments in terms of savings or revenue. Sucessfull projects brings number of projects to the comapny there by increasing the trn over. Increasing productivity is the major aspect in the sucessfull projects. Where as from failure projects the do nots in the implementaion of a project can be listed out.
H. On Time Project Delivery, On Budget Project Delivery, Customer Satisfaction are the sucess factors in any project that is meant to be sucessfull.
