Six months later Vault’s business model changed dramatically. Realizing that they were in a shrinking market they restructured and were able cut costs by eliminating jobs and reducing the original corporate headquarter jobs to approximately 40 positions. They took advantage of this cost savings by creating a new line of services; creating graphics for fledgling video game companies.
