Can someone please help me with these 5 questions.

1. If it shows I entered wrong password . I will try to remember the password and will try it again. If that was also not the correct one I will try to see the password hints if there is any and which will crack the password.
If that's not possible I will try to check the user account which I am trying is right or wrong.if right then I will try to login with administrator account and then reset the password for the user through the control panel.
If that is also doesn't shown up I will try doing reset using the password reset disk.
2. if the customized background is replaced means either someone has removed that. Or somehow mistakenly the option was disabled by own or someone.
And there is also another possibility that if there is any license issues also customization will be removed and the default Windows screen will shown up.
3. Then in that case first I will check that if there are any errors in the update or it went smooth. If there are no errors first I will check that there are any latest update patches for that price too and will apply that. Because some programs might be updated to newer version inorder to work in the new versions of Os.
Then I will do some search in the internet about that problem and also will contact the OS support people.
4. That will happen with the current user which logged in only. The administrator will not allow this user to change the state of computer I.e. the administrator is not wanted this user account doesn't need to install any software which means the logged in user account doesn't have the privileges to install the software.
5. This might happen when there is issues with the update agent. Inorder to avoid that I will just update this Windows update manager and also I will reset the windows component. Sometimes it might happens that it doesn't shown up whenever you reset it will be free completely without out any past data.
Also if there is any problems those will shown in log file called windowsupdate.log in the location c:windows.
