Dear all,

Regarding floating holiday, a new plan is being considered, which involves a floating holiday based on employee choice. The selection of the floating holiday as chosen by the employee, is however, subject to staffing needs withing individual departments. For instance, if two people wanted the same day off, then the seniormost employee would be given a day off.

This plan would provide you with the flexibility and convenience to choose a holiday as it suits individual employees.
