Here are the first few lines of the material used in the questions..

Here are the questions I need to answer..

1. Add a column in the grade book to calculate a percentage score for each student. This should be displayed as a value between 100.00 and 0.00 . (Note that you should have two digits to the right of the decimal point for this data, e.g., 79.86%.)

2. Use one of the Lookup functions (i.e., LOOKUP, VLOOKUP, or HLOOKUP) to automatically assess and assign final grades based on the total points column. You should find this data on the “Grade Table” worksheet in the spreadsheet. Make sure the data in the worksheet is correct, and use this worksheet to assign final grades. (Using a LOOKUP function is one of the required tasks.)

3. Using the IF function, format the workbook so each student’s information also shows either a “Pass” or a “Fail” based on the total points earned by the student. A student must earn a “C” or better to have passed the course, i.e., a “C-” is NOT a passing grade.

4. Using the spreadsheet’s capabilities, count and post the number of occurrences of each grade, i.e., how many A+’s, A’s, A-’s, B+’s, B’s, etc. Display this information at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Make sure it is easy to read.

5. Calculate the average GPA for the course. The multipliers can be found in the table above. Post this value, with a useful label, below the Grade Count info.

THANK YOU!
