1) Ubiquity: The Ecommerce portal has been the talk of the town since past few months and can be accessed on all major platform i.e iOS, Android,Windows etc. It is platform independent and can be accessed on Desktop browsers as well Mobile Apps, although the m-commerce or mobile commerce app has limited features.

2) Global Reach- Amazon is available across major countries with solo existence as well tie ups with local brands, witht the recent example of acquiring of Mid-East E-retailer Souq.com

3) Universal standards- It follows some strict universal standards such as customer feedback and time ly delivery as other major players like Walmart.

4) Richness- It has some rich visuals and UI as compared to other ecommerce giants and a efficient system as well for ADs.

5) Interactivity: The website has is well developed and responsive wrt to ui features.

6) Information density: the website has a vast consumer base which enables them to generate enough interactive data for tailor made requests for enabling the user with required items/products.

7) Personalization/Customization: it consists of wish list features which helps the user to make a choice about products they like or wish to buy.

8) Social technology: it has facebook/twitter/instagram account to reach out to the customers with offers and notification systems.
