Unemployment is the global concern and not only India, but every country is facing this problem. With increasing population, Unemployment is becoming major issue nowadays. This problem needs to be tackled quickly as this is not only affecting job seeker's growth but also impact Country's growth.
We have also struggled so much to get a good job and we understand the pain of unemployment. Whether person is experienced or fresher, everyone is struggling with job or to get a job. There can be number of reasons behind Unemployment. We can list them as: due to lack of work or cost cuttings, companies have started layoffs. Due to location change after marriage, women are not able to find job again.
A new approach is adopted which is Online Job Portal. It is a platform designed and developed where all people like entry level fresher or experienced person can find jobs according to their matching relevant skillset and experience level. In these online job portals, be it a entry level fresher or a experienced person creates their profile and according to their matching requirements, skillset and experience, they opt for the job notification. Another group of people who are HR of the company look for these people and hire them according to the matched required skillset. Online job portal is the best way to hire a candidate.
With the introduction of Online Job Portal helps in reducing the unemployment.
Many people are getting calls for interview through these online job portals. Online Job Portals enables the companies to join their hands in these job portals and look for the relevant skills. HR people of various companies holding vacancies put-up a notification on these job portal with the job description and other details. Entry level people and experienced people search for the job and get results in form of job openings in various companies. Also, they get recommended suggestions by Online Job portal which match their previous search, profile posted on these job portals and other specific requirements by which these people get the relevant information. Based on this, entry level people send an email along with their profile to the companies in which they desire. Upon sorting the relevant candidate application, the sorted applicants gets an e-mail inviting them to visit the specified venue at specific time for hiring process. After this the company HR's start their process of shortlisting the best-fit candidate from several applicants by adopting a hiring process called Interview. In this process the best fit candidate is selected and he/she is required to join the company as required. Those who are not selected continue to search a job fit for them at another companies by which they are able to sort out their unemployment issue.
There is no need to wait for hours just for getting short listed for interview. Nowadays, recruiter’s shortlist the candidates online via online job portals and then only short listed one will get the call for interview. Thus, saves time of both candidate and company. But still we are facing this issue unemployment.
There are number of new approaches introduced to tackle unemployment like emergence of e-commerce and digitization and startups that are helping in creating many jobs. These approaches have significantly brought improvement in employing the unemployed people.
Start-up companies are the one which are created and founded upon some idea. Based upon which the other people having matching skillset, either entry level or experienced, who can readily join the startup company contribute to increase the company economy. This whole pattern adopted is enabling to help removing unemployment.
The approach named is Digitization. In digitization, similar technology and pattern as Start-up companies are adopted which also require entry level and experienced manpower to join and contribute their efforts removing unemployment.
