Subject: Reasons of hiring freeze and new HR policy

This is to bring to the kind notice of the upper management that the organization have been facing financial crunch since long period of time, due to which new hires cannot be made and hence resulting into hiring freeze. The stoppage of new entries in the organization is over burdening rest of the staff by unnecessary work related tasks.

Keeping in mind the above issues, the HR department have planned to bring a change in the HR policy of the department and hire new and more employees at a cut pay scale and later on when the financial condition will improve, then add certain incentives to the pay. Doing this the burden from the shoulders of upper management and other employees will be relieved and they can focus more towards important tasks.

The plan have been formulated by the HR department after analyzing the gravity of the situation and understanding what needed to be done in order to prevent the situation turning worse. Prior experience and knowledge of experts have also been involved in framing the new HR policy. Hope to get a positive review and feedback from the upper management.
