Chatbot is a program that simulates human conversation . Thera are mainly two types of chatbots they are,Chatbots designed for business purposes, and chatbots which are virtual assistants. Some of the chatbots example are : ALICE , Cleverbot, Albert One . The chatbots which are in the form of Apps are from Facebook, Google, Microsoft.
The ALICE chatbot engages with the conversation with the human by applying some inputs. The program is open source , it is written in java and it uses XML Schema called AIML.
Cleverbot is the chatbot , it is an web application which uses Artificial intelligence algorithm. It is available in iOS, Android, Windows phone. The Cleverscript is available for the developers for developing.
Albert One chatbot uses Artificial intelligence algorithm and natural language programming.It is composed of several sub systems .
The Interaction from chatbots must be convenient and compatible to the lifestyle of the user. The basic principle by which chatbots work is,

The artificial intelligence in chatbots is used to improve decision making, customer service. Artificial Intelligence decreases the human employbility. The chatbots are ethically and socially blind. The data can be used for advertisements, They can be sometimes abusive and emphathetic. They act like human and think like bot.
