who are some trusted friend and colleagues you can approach to test run your vision ?
Ans: Trusted are friends are those who would speak the truth even though it may hurt you,but their intention is to make you a better person and better human being . So whatever be your vision , i am sure your parents will be your best critics. They have seen you evolve over the years.
Your high school friends who have studied with you ,share similar interests with you,knowledge when shared is multipled and enhanced for better improvements .
College professors ,University Professors who have many yesrs of experience in that particular subject can share their best advice to you.
Working professionals at managerial positions are the best to get in touch with.Afterall they align all the employees at various levels of different department to work in line with the vision of the company .
When do you rehearse?
Ans: This is an ongoing process.We need to keep asking to ourselves if the vison is doable.If so, how. And what are the steps to achieve the same.
Who is the best at inspire a shared vision who can act as your coach ?
Ans: Your parents or Mangers /Mentors of Companies /Universities.They are Leasders who show the way for the younger generation to folow and improve it too.
Select a time place /occasion to go live ?
Ans: A family gathering , College Annual day,College Graduation day(Permission to be taken in advance ), A friday in office .These are occasions on which you can confidently with full conviction make this day go live and Go Big too :).

Ans: Well i would have to narrate the viosn as a story ,how it is presently ,what will the future look like and the various oppurtunities that we all will see coming our way and the steps needed to accept them and adapt to the changing environment .
