Impedence of RLC circuit is given by Z^2 = R^2 + (XL-Xc)^2
Where XL = WL = 2pifL = 2*3.14* 57* 0.024 = 8.591 ohms
Xc= 1/wC = 1/2pifC = 1/(2*3.14* 57* 0.024*10^-3) = 116.4 ohms
so impoedence Z^2 = 1.7^2 + (116.4-8.591)^2
Z = 107.822 ohms
A. Current I = V/Z = 15/107.822 = 0.139 Amps
B. phase angle tan theta = XL-XC/R
tan theta = -(116.4-8.591/1.7 = 63.41
theta = phase = - 89.09 deg
C. power Avg = I^2R
= 0.139 *0.139 * 1.7
= 0.0328 Watts
