Answer)
A public IP address is a IP address which is set by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and provides as an identifier to the outside world to identify the home computer or network uniquely in the Internet. Thus this is an address which is publicly identifiable in the Internet and thus implemented in a public network where the network is identifiable in the Internet by the public IP address.
A Private IP address is a IP address which is which is an address which identifies the computers or a network within the network. Here, the public IP identifies the whole network but the private IP identifies to each device connected to the network within the company.
This is just the concept of public IP address or network and a Private IP address or network that is used by RMU VMware Horizon client.
