Right thing to do at work is to report any unethical conduct happening to your supervisor. Following are the ways to report any unethical behavior at work :

b. Report to supervisor
c. Seeking help from ethical department
d. Written complain etc.
Coming to report financial wrongdoing at work , the best way to approach such situation is finding a compromise where the objective is met without slivering over to the dark side, that would be win-win for both you as well as the company.
As an employee when you see serious issues like financial wrongdoing happening in the company, its your duty to report it directly to the supervisor or the human resource department. As human resource department has a authority to warn, fire, demote a person according to the warrent of that situation.
