Study the two recommendation memo examples. Both are recommendation or justification reports, although they are different in style and approach. Pay particular attention to the differences used in designing each memo report and in presenting the content. Post several observations about the differences in the design of these reports. Also, describe which approach you like better, and why.

The main objective of memo writing is to comunicate the desired information to the intended reader. Although both the memo fulfil the desired ojecive ,but there are ertain differenes observed in both the approaches :
Differences in the design of the Memo
I like the first approach as it is quite to the point and not much elaborative. The first approach is straight forward and the second approach has given unnecessary explanation and too clumsy.
